- Employer Registration: The employer registers with the scheme and receives a unique company PIN.
- Bike Selection: Employees choose a bike or equipment from participating retailers.
- Voucher Issuance: After signing a hire agreement, the employer pays for the bike and issues a voucher to the employee.
- Bike Collection: The employee uses the voucher to collect their chosen bike or equipment.
